The most important thing about selecting a yoga studio is you have to feel comfortable while you are there. A good yoga class is supportive and inclusive. You should NEVER feel judged about your technical ability, your body, or your clothes...EVER. This is the founding message of Yoga Power.
To reap the benefits in your well being from yoga, we recommend you attend a minimum of three classes per week. To fully achieve life-changing results, we recommend five to six times per week!
