This class focuses on more advanced aerial yoga movements in the silk hammocks. You will begin with a warm up to prepare the body for a class of experimentation focusing on elements known as drops, flips and tricks. Each element will be a building process so that you can work within your ability and comfort level.
PREREQUISITE: We recommend that you have taken at least 5 aerial yoga classes prior to participating in this class. Please be aware that this is a challenging practice for the more adventurous aerial yogi.
